For more than fifteen years, we have been storing and archiving confidential documents on behalf of a wide range of clients. We utilise the best technology available in the O’ Neil System, which enables us to track items via a barcode system using handheld computers. This enables documents to be located instantly when you require their return.

Naturally, we maintain a dedicated facility with state-of-the-art security and CCTV systems, and with access restricted to selected members of staff. What’s more, every employee is thoroughly vetted and required to sign a stringent confidentiality agreement. Similarly, clients are able to visit the document store only by prior arrangement and accompanied by a member of our team.
