Ballakillingan plantation in the Isle of Man is in the parish of Lezayre and covers 26 hectares
Ballakillingan, consisting of 26 hectares, is another northern escarpment woodland with a range of crop ages and species. It was planted in 1948 and 1969 in the parish of Lezayre, adjoining Skyhill plantation. The lower slopes are mainly broadleaves whilst the upper slopes are conifers. It is said that Walnut trees on the estate of Ballakillingan were used for the panelling in St Paul's Church in Ramsey.
