Pursuant to his answer in the House of Keys on 15th June 2020, how many times members of the Independent Monitoring Board made physical visits to the Isle of Man Prison in each month from January to the end of May this year; and how other contact with prisoners was facilitated when the pandemic restrictions prevented physical visits?
