Joining the Minister of Health and Social Care David Ashford MHK was Ross Bailey, Head of Mental Health, who joined remotely and Dr Mark Skelding, Clinical Psychologist, both from the Isle of Man Department for Health and Social Care.
The Chief Minister confirmed, via Minister David Ashford, that he has tested positive to the Coronavirus.
