Isle of Man pilates teacher Mo Sherring shares with us some exercises you might like to undertake during this coronavirus lockdown period.

 

If you have any doubts or conernes whatsoever about your 

ability to perform an exercises you should not take part in 

the following video.

 

You should not attempt to undertake the exercises if 

you have medical issues or physical injuries without 

first consulting a qualified professional beforehand.

 

Please remember there is a risk associated with 

undertaking any form of exercise. Therefore always ensure 

you do it in a proper, suitable and safe environment, 

as well as always enuring you warm-up beforehand.
