Zero-emissions TT: what future?

Since the introduction of the first zero-emissions TT race, a one-lap demonstration, dubbed TTXGP in 2009, the TT race has progressed forward each year. But now the Manx Government has put the event on hold. We talk to Rob Callister MHK, who has responsibility for the TT.
