We talk with motivational speaker Alex Krol who was on the Island as guest speaker at the BITA Isle of Man event in August. Alex was injured in 2005 in a road traffic accident whilst on duty, which resulted in the end of his military career with the Royal Marines. He sustained a spinal injury (T4 Complete) and has no movement or sensation below his chest, and is now a full-time wheelchair user.
