The consequences of cannabis reform

The Isle of Man Business Network and ILS World are holding a debate with the following motion being put to the floor.

This house believes that the economic and medical advantages of legalising all strains of cannabis in the Isle of Man outweigh the social concerns.

We talk to Dr Henrietta Ewart, who will be opposing the motion.
