What assessment has been made of the potential for an increase in EU vessels fishing in Manx waters on day 1 of a no-deal Brexit as set out in section 19 of the Yellowhammer documents; why those documents make no mention of Manx waters; what steps are being taken to ensure enforcement and response capabilities are appropriate; and if he will make a brief statement?
