Police are investigating after scrap metal was stolen from a business in Ballasalla.

Around ?50 worth was taken from Macro Metal Services Limited in the Balthane Industrial Estate on January 22^nd.

Officers say the thief struck between 5.45am and 6am – they believe they were driving a dark coloured car, possibly a BMW.

Anyone who knows what happened, or who is responsible, has been asked to contact Castletown Police Station.
