Manx Telecom strengthens corporate account team

by isleofman.com 18th December 2018

Manx Telecom is continuing to invest in its corporate account management team.

Sam Tipper has been appointed as Account Manager with a primary focus on developing strong customer relationships with small and medium-sized enterprises.

Sam – who has both a CIM Diploma in Professional Marketing and an ACCA Diploma in Accounting and Business – joins Manx Telecom from Panacea.

Sam says: “Manx Telecom was the ideal choice for me because I’ve always been interested in technology.

“When the opportunity arose to work for a prestigious independent Manx company, and a PLC, it was an opportunity that I could not miss.

“It’s an exciting time to be joining the business and I’m looking forward to helping clients get the most out of the latest communications solutions.”

As part of his role Sam is also looking to introduce more companies to the advantages offered by Manx Telecom’s ground-breaking MT clearSound product.

MT clearSound personalises the sound quality of speech in incoming and outgoing calls on the Manx Telecom mobile network, and is currently exclusively available, for free, to the company’s Pay Monthly mobile customers.

MT clearSound is beneficial for anyone with normal hearing or those with hearing loss who want to reap the benefits of a crisper, clearer mobile conversation.

Andrew Honour, Head of B2B Sales at Manx Telecom, says: “He is an excellent addition to an already strong team of Account Managers, and his appointment is part of our ongoing investment in people to provide the best possible service to our corporate customers.”
