5,000 input to the Sea Services Agreement

by isleofman.com 3rd December 2018

Almost 5,000 people have had their say on the development of a new Sea Services Agreement.

The responses have been published by the Isle of Man Government.

The survey was prompted by the government’s decision to buy the Steam Packet Company.

Information submitted will be used to help formulate the new agreement.

Infrastructure Minister Ray Harmer says: "The survey attracted a huge response and I thank everyone who took part for their input.

"The Island’s sea links are a vital part of life for every one of us, so gathering views in this way is crucial in being able to understand what residents and businesses would like to see and how the agreement can succeed in making it happen."
