Committee asks for views on suicide

by isleofman.com 27th November 2018

People on the Isle of Man are being urged to share their views on suicide.

The Social Affairs Policy Review Committee has launched an inquiry to gather people’ views on a number of topics including support available for those affected by it.

It will also look at the adequacy of preventative measures, the response of public services following incidents on suicide and the role and functioning of the Coroner of Inquests.

Anyone who wants to share their thoughts is asked to e-mail committees@tynwald.org.im by January 8th.
