Lottery messenger company Jinni Lotto has been granted a licence to operate in the Isle of Man.

Jinni Lotto is licensed by the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission under the Online Gambling Regulation Act 2001.

It offers the opportunity to bet on the outcome of different lotteries around the world, as well as offering a variety of scratchcard options.

Head of e-Gaming for Digital Isle of Man Tony Ure says: “It is a pleasure to welcome a new e-Gaming company to the Island.

"The latest Isle of Man National Income Report has shown that e-Gaming on the Island has grown and now makes up 18 per cent of the Isle of Man’s economy.

"Ensuring that the Island has a supportive ecosystem for e-Gaming companies to operate their business, whilst maintaining our reputation as a jurisdiction that prides itself on player protection and a world-class regulatory environment is key to continuing this growth.

"I wish Jinni Lotto every success with their future ventures."

Chief Executive of Jinni Lotto David Bazaks says: "The Island’s internationally renowned reputation was important for us when considering various jurisdictions to license Jinni Lotto, and we’ve found the process extremely positive.

"The cluster of high quality services we found here was also a deciding factor and we are grateful for the support provided by SMP eGaming’s licensing team.

"We look forward to continuing to develop Jinni Lotto’s offering, using the Isle of Man’s supportive environment as our headquarters."
