Man freed from car after two vehicle crash

Firefighters had to free a man from a car after a crash on Saturday night.

It happened on Douglas Road in Peel, near to QEII High School, just before 8.30pm.

Street lighting was provided to paramedics who could assess and treat the occupants of the two vehicles.

The man and a woman who was also freed were taken to Noble’s Hospital by ambulance for treatment.
