by isleofman.com 11th October 2018

Island residents are being urged to discuss their priorities ahead of the next Budget.

Treasury is holding a number of drop sessions which will be attended by the Minister Alf Cannan and department members.

They will take place between 7pm and 9pm at the following locations:

• Thursday 18th October, Ramsey Town Hall

• Monday 22nd October, Castletown Town Hall

• Wednesday 24th October, Manx Legion Club, Market Hill, Douglas

• Thursday 25th October, Peel Town Hall

Mr Cannan says: “While the Budget setting process is well under way it’s important to receive feedback and suggestions about spending priorities.

“These sessions are designed to be informal and interactive, and I urge people to come and offer their views to myself and the Members, to engage and discuss issues of importance.”
