Police say they’ll deal with anyone speeding in Laxey ‘robustly’.

It follows complaints at vehicles travelling too fast on Minorca Hill and Old Laxey Hill.

Officers say they think they’re trying to use the route as a shortcut through Laxey.

They’re asking people to take more care saying there is a school in the area and young children could be walking in the road.
