Inquest into death of racer to open

The inquest into the death of a motorbike racer from Cumbria will open tomorrow. 

62-year-old Alan 'Bud' Jackson died on August 24th after an incident at the Creg-ny-Baa the day before. 

Jackson - who was a very experienced competitor on the TT Mountain Course - crashed during a qualifying session for the Classic TT races. 

Coroner of Inquests Jayne Hughes will open the inquest at Douglas Courthouse at 2.30pm.
