45 new homes are being built in Peel as part of a new development by Dandara.

Work has started on Oak Park which is located off Poortown Road.

The two and three-bedroom properties will be released for sale later this month.

Commercial director David Thomas says: “Peel is a very popular location with homebuyers thanks to the wide range of local amenities available.”

Prices at the development will start from ?197,450 - the first homes should be ready for occupation by spring 2019.
