Child rescued after getting into trouble in park

Firefighters in Ramsey were called into action on Sunday after a child got into trouble at a park.

The youngster had got stuck in some of the play equipment. 

The Isle of Man Fire and Rescue Service say they weren't injured during the incident. 

Firefighters also attended a car fire at a property in Cronk y Berry in Douglas which had spread to the owner's house. 

Castletown officers attended a house fire in Castletown. 

An element within a reptile tank had caused a blaze - the occupant was alerted by their smoke alarm.
