Police hunt for stolen grandmother clock

by isleofman.com 7th August 2018

Police are asking people on the Isle of Man to keep watch for a stolen clock.

A grandmother clock was stolen from a property in Jurby between the middle of May and the beginning of June.

Officers have only just released the details.

They say the clock is around 5ft 10 inches in height and is stained oak with a gold face – it also has the wording ‘R COLLISTER LIVERPOOL’ on the front of it.

There is a pendulum and two brass weights inside the body of the clock.

Anyone who’s seen a clock for sale – or who’s recently purchased one – is asked to contact Ramsey Police Station.
