New police program to help vulnerable people

We find out about the launch of the 'First Point Community Portal'. In what is believed to be a first in the British Isles, the Manx police now have a system that will allow people, who have day to day difficulties and may need additional support, to provide information to the police in case of emergency situations through a secure channel.
