Person injured after falling over railings

by isleofman.com 9th July 2018

Firefighters had to cut away railings on Loch Promenade early this morning after someone fell over them.

They were called out at 12.40am to help recover the casualty who’d fallen on to the sea wall ledge and was injured.

Due to the person's 'precarious position' the Aerial Ladder Platform was positioned to provide a safe working area.

The railings were then removed to provide access to the Ambulance Service.

There is no update on the condition of the casualty.
