Investigations are underway after a SUV crashed into a brand-new car and drove off.

A blue Toyota, which was parked in Shoprite Car Park in Ramsey, was hit at 2.25pm on Monday.

Police say the offending vehicle was dark coloured and was likely to have sustained damage to its passenger side.

Anyone who saw what happened is asked to contact Ramsey Police Station.
