Don't leave dogs in hot cars say police

by isleofman.com 29th June 2018

Dog owners are being urged not to leave their pets in the car during the hot weather.

Police say they will force their way into vehicles to save any animals which they see locked inside.

They’re also warning motorists they’ll be the ones liable for any damage caused.

People are being told not to leave their animals inside their vehicles – where temperatures can be significantly hotter – even if they’re in the shade, have water or the windows are open.
