Man bitten by dog in Colby

Police are appealing for witnesses after a dog bit a man in Colby on Tuesday.

It happened just before 9pm on Ballacry Road.

Officers say the black dog was with a man and woman who were walking it at the time.

They now want to speak to the owner of the dog – anyone who can help is asked to contact Castletown Police Station.
