An investment manager at Ramsey Crookall & Co has been promoted after being named Most Promising Newcomer.

Dean Whitty took the accolade at the City of London Wealth Management Awards – and now holds the title of Senior Investment Manager.

He's worked for Ramsey Crookall since 2015 and was selected for the accolade by a panel of independent expert judges.

Speaking after the event Dean said: "Just receiving a nomination for this prestigious national award was amazing.

"It was a great honour to attend the awards event, where there were so many well-known names from the wealth management industry.

"At no point did I think I would actually win so when they announced my name on the evening, I was absolutely delighted."
