Motorist left in distress after damage to vehicle

Police say a motorist has been left in distress after 'unnecessary and mindless' damage to their vehicle.

Between 6pm on Monday, June 4th and 8am on Tuesday, June 5th a sharp object was used to scratch a silver Honda CRV.

The car was parked in the lane parallel to Lezayre Road, at the back of Shoprite, in Ramsey.

Officers say the damage was caused to the bonnet and the passenger side.

Anyone who saw what happened is asked to contact Ramsey Police Station.
