by isleofman.com 1st June 2018

A local man will appear in court this morning after driving against the one-way system.

The 47-year-old was charged with contravening a traffic sign following an incident at 12.45pm yesterday.

Police say he had driven against the one-way system from the Creg-Ny-Baa to Brandywell.

They say his actions were “very dangerous and irresponsible”.

Signage is heavily displayed at the Creg-Ny-Baa advising motorists that the Mountain Road is one way.
