TT visitor fined after overtaking roads open car

A motorbike rider from Stoke on Trent has been fined ?400 after overtaking the roads open car.

44-year-old Jason Horn handed himself into the police after being caught on closed roads at the end of Tuesday's practice session.

He overtook the vehicle – which checks the road before it's re-open to the public – at the 33rd Milestone.

Appearing at Douglas Courthouse yesterday he was also ordered to pay court costs of ?50.
