Police say a man who was arrested after entering closed roads will appear in court this morning.
The 67-year-old, from West Yorkshire, was arrested in Crosby before last night's practice session.
His actions led to the start of the session being delayed.
Officers say he's been charged with three offences – obstructing or hindering the conduct of a race, failing to comply with the requirements of a marshal and being found or remaining on a road prohibited by a road closure.
In a statement on Facebook the Isle of Man Constabulary wrote: "IOM Police will support the race organisers and marshals by way of robust action against anyone who disregards the rules of closed road and the marshals."
