Final few days to complete PwC Isle of Man compliance survey

by isleofman.com 26th October 2017

Organisations have until Tuesday, October 31 to respond to PwC Isle of Man’s State of Compliance Survey.

The survey, conducted in partnership with the Alliance of Isle of Man Compliance Professionals (AICP), was launched in early September and has seen a strong response from the banking, TCSP and insurance sectors.

Jon Whiting, Regulatory Advisory Senior Manager at PwC, said: ‘Thank you to all those organisations who have taken the time to complete the survey. While the overall response has been strong, we would like to hear from more designated non-financial businesses and professions (DNFBPs) and the egaming companies to provide more representative coverage of these sectors.

‘This is an important survey to enable the views of the compliance and risk profession on the Island to be heard, and I would really hope that we can all take the 15 minutes required to complete it. Further detailed analysis will be made available by PwC to participants, so you will be able to use the results of the survey to inform your compliance and risk management strategies and to have appropriate conversations at Board level.’

The survey is the first of its kind in the Island for many years and the findings will be presented by PwC Isle of Man at the Manx State of the Nation conference on 2 February 2018, which the firm is once again sponsoring.
