CM to appear on BBC Panorama

Allegations of abusive VAT avoidance on the importation of aircraft into the Isle of Man are to be screened on BBC's flagship current affairs programme Panorama. Chief Minister Howard Quayle holds a press conference to explain what it's likely to reveal and the potential damage it could cause. Here is the full event, which has held on Monday 23rd October, but embargoed until 6am the next day 24th.
