New non-dom rules and Corporate Criminal Tax Offence topics for ACSP’s November seminar

The Association of Corporate Services Providers has arranged a seminar on Tuesday November 7 with Smith and Williamson’s private client services partner Julia Rosenbloom and tax investigation consultant Roy Baldwin on the topic: ‘Changes to non-dom rules in the UK and the new Corporate Criminal Tax Offence’.

Sponsored by DQ Advocates the seminar will examine and provide guidance on the latest changes to UK non-dom rules and explain the implications of the corporate criminal tax offence as contained in the Criminal Finances Act.

The session will be at the Upper Hall, Loch Promenade Church, Douglas with registration at 12noon for a 12.30pm prompt start. Subject to the number of questions and contributions from the audience the event is expected to finish at around 1.30pm.
