RTC invite contributions to amenity byelaws consultation

by isleofman.com 29th September 2017
Ramsey Town Commissioners has launched a consultation inviting comments from the public regarding byelaws governing the enjoyment and use of ‘pleasure grounds’ and ‘foreshores’ as identified in the Ramsey Town Amenity Byelaws 1998 which expire in January 2018.

Areas covered by the legislation include Mooragh Park, Coronation Park and other open public spaces under the Commission’s control.

The Commissioners wish to know if the public consider the existing byelaws to be appropriate and relevant or require amendment.

Members of the public wishing to contribute to the consultation may do so by emailing enquiries@rtc.gov.im, or in writing to the Deputy Town Clerk, Ramsey Town Hall, Parliament Square, Ramsey, IM8 1RT. Submissions must be received by noon on Friday October 13, 2017.

To view the current byelaws visit the ‘Commissioners’ page at ramsey.gov.im
