Appeal after cyclists used foul & abusive language

At 10:00am on Tuesday 26th September 2017 whilst on Marine Drive, Douglas (near to the arches) a male was subjected to foul and abusive language from four cyclists, causing the male a degree of alarm and distress. It is stated that a female was present and possibly witnessed the abuse.  Police are looking to speak with this female or any other person who may have been in the area and witnessed the incident.
