by isleofman.com 22nd September 2017

HMRC’s UK property task force and its implications for trust and corporate service providers will be the subject of the Association of Corporate Service Providers’ seminar on Tuesday October 10, sponsored by DQ Advocates.

The session will be with Alan Kennedy and Paul Harrison from UK tax advisory specialists Trident Tax and with Annemarie Hughes of DQ Advocates, sponsors of the event.

Drawing on case studies and practical examples the seminar will outline the task force’s operation - set up to look at the UK taxation element of property development activity - examine the use of cross-border mechanisms to support its work and analyse its impact on the TCSP industry.

Subject to the number of questions and contributions from the audience the seminar, which will be preceded by the ACSP AGM, is expected to finish at around 1.45pm.
