Wi-Manx Welcomes Sarah Read as Marketing Manager

by isleofman.com 8th September 2017

Wi-Manx continues to expand its team with the addition of Sarah Read as Marketing Manager. Bringing with her a wealth of marketing and managerial expertise gained while working in a variety of roles both on the Island and in her hometown of London, Sarah will play a crucial role in Wi-Manx’s future development and growth.

Speaking about her new position, Sarah said: “Wi-Manx have provided a quality service to Isle of Man businesses and residents for over 13 years. The company is known for its high-quality service and first-class support. My primary focus will be to make even more people aware of Wi-Manx and its offering, and to further develop the company’s proposition.

“As the Isle of Man economy continues to move toward IT and tech, more and more opportunities will open up for Wi-Manx. No one knows where the Isle of Man will be in five years’ time. And that unpredictability is exciting. One thing I do know is that, as the Isle of Man’s only Manx-owned voice, hosting, internet and datacentre solutions provider, Wi-Manx are likely to play an important role in the local tech industry moving forward. Watch this space!”

Commenting on Sarah joining, Andy Evans, Financial Director, said: “Over the last year, Wi-Manx has gone from strength to strength. Now we want to take the company to the next level.

“I know that Wi-Manx provides a first-class service. Our customers know that, too. Sarah will be responsible for helping us reach even more people and for showing them what we’re are able to do.

“Over the coming months, you can expect to see a lot more of Wi-Manx. Longer term, we will continue to launch innovative and disruptive products, and to provide the superior levels of service that we are renowned for.”
