CIM has released details of the twelfth category in their 2017 Northern Awards, which will be held in Manchester on Thursday 09 November.
The CIM Northern Awards, now in its fourth year and sponsored by the Marketing Trust, celebrates the insight, creativity and success of the Northern marketing industry, the outstanding campaigns and the talent from across the North of England, including the Isle of Man. There are 17 award categories, 13 of which are open to entries, and the evening event will once again be hosted by TV’s Andy Crane.
Diane Earles, Network Manager for CIM, said “We are thrilled to have Emma Hunt, Head of Marketing for Nichols plc, the home of Vimto & Feelgood drinks, to judge our new Best Use of Branding category.” Emma is responsible for leading the marketing strategy across their UK, Out of Home and International divisions. She has been with the business since 2009 and heads up a team that have doubled the size of their lead brand in the last 10 years. An experienced practitioner, Emma has worked in FMCG brand marketing for the last 20 years and prior to that held a number of marketing positions client and agency side across a range of sectors including Education, Consumer Durables and Market Research. Emma is the current CIM Northern Marketer of the Year. Emma, will be looking for the very best campaign that demonstrates excellent knowledge and understanding of its target audience for a new brand, re-brand or brand extension.
