Old Mutual International Isle of Man, a leading cross-border provider of financial solutions for local and expatriate investors, has announced the appointment of Neil Campbell as Head of Service Innovation and Change.
Neil’s primary responsibilities will be to identify and define innovations in client services, helping to ensure the delivery of exceptional client outcomes within Old Mutual International’s culture of continuous improvement. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute with over 27 years of experience in the life and pensions industry and, most recently, in general insurance.

Neil joins Old Mutual International from Police Mutual where he was Head of General Insurance and Military Operations, and prior to that, Head of Business Transformation. Before joining Police Mutual, he was Head of Change at The Phoenix Group, and his C.V. also includes senior roles at Pearl Group Management Services, Unisys Insurance Services Limited, Swiss Life (UK) Plc, and Liberty Life, South Africa.
