Appeal for witnesses

Police are appealing for anyone who was travelling on the Snaefell Mountain Road on Saturday 5th August at about 1.20pm to 1.30pm; and who may have seen a Police vehicle travelling from Ramsey towards Douglas with blue lights and sirens sounding and being followed by one or more other vehicles.
