For the third year in a row, Grant Thornton has been named as one of the 50 ‘World’s Most Attractive Global Employers’.
Inclusion on the list followed a survey of more than 290,000 business, engineering and IT students by Universum. Respondents from 12 of the world’s largest economies were asked about their ideal employer and the characteristics they find most attractive in a company.
Opinions were sought from students attending top universities in Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, Russia, South Korea, UK and US, markets which represent 70 per cent of the world’s economy. The findings help identify emerging trends in employment, with this year’s survey showing there is a strong interest in a achieving a work/life balance.
