‘The Island’s e-Business sector is thriving, with a global representation of gaming and ICT companies creating real jobs and growth on the Isle of Man. We are working hard to create an environment that allows businesses to prosper and flourish and it’s great to see the industry recognising the talent and experience we have here on the Isle of Man.’

Shimon Akad, COO at Playtech, commented:

‘It’s always a great honour to win an award at the EGR Awards, but to receive a record five trophies is fantastic, and great recognition for all the hard work our employees put in, in order to make each and every Playtech product the leading product in its category.

‘We work closely and have excellent relationships with all our global licensees and I’d like to take this opportunity to thank them for their continued support and co-operation. Our company continues to grow year-on-year and we are proud to call the Isle of Man our home.’
