Road Closing Times Confirmed for Billown Course

The Isle of Man’s Department of Infrastructure have confirmed the road closing times for the three road races held on the Billown Course during 2017.

The events are the Blackford’s Financial Services Pre-TT Classic Road Races being held on 26th, 27th & 29th May; the Radcliffe Butchers Post TT Road Races on 10th June and the Isle of Man Steam Packet Southern 100 International Road Races on 19th, 11th, 112th & 13th July.

The Road Closing Times are as follows:
 
Blackford Financial Services PRE T.T.
Friday 26th May Evening 6-00 p.m. to 9-35 p.m.
Saturday 27th May Afternoon 12-10 p.m. to 4-15 p.m.
Monday 29th May Morning 9-10 am to 12-20 pm
Monday 29th May Afternoon 1-05 p.m. to 4-10 p.m.

Radcliffe Butchers Post T.T. ROAD RACES
Saturday 10th June Afternoon 1-00 p.m. to 4-00 p.m.
Saturday 10th June Evening 5-00 pm to 8-30 pm
Or if postponed
On Sunday 11th June Afternoon/Evening 1 p.m. to 6-00 p.m.

STEAM PACKET SOUTHERN 100 INTERNATIONAL ROAD RACES
Monday 10th July Evening 6-00 p.m. to 9-40 p.m.
Tuesday 11th July Evening 6-00 p.m. to 9-40 p.m.
Wednesday 12th July Evening 6-00 p.m. to 9-40 p.m.
Thursday 13th July Morning 9-45 a.m. to 12-15 p.m.
Thursday 13th July Afternoon 1-00 p.m. to 5-45 p.m.

In addition to the road closures on the Billown Course there are two in Castletown Market Square for the Prize Presentations for the Blackfords Pre-TT Classic Road Races and the Isle of Man Steam packet Southern 100 International Road Races:

Castletown Market Square
Tuesday 30th May for Prize Presentation and Concourse D' elegance
1-45 p.m. to 4-00 p.m.
Thursday 13th July for the Southern 100 Prize Presentation
7-00 p.m. to Midnight
