Equiom has announced the acquisition of Eagle Consulting, an Inverness based professional services outsourcing firm with an international client base. Established in 1997, Eagle Consulting offers a comprehensive suite of services that include, management and statutory accounting, payroll, tax and compliance services, direct debiting and treasury services and is the second largest BACS bureau in the UK.

Equiom’s Global CEO, Sheila Dean said of the news: ‘The acquisition of Eagle Consulting is an exciting one. The complimentary service lines will both broaden our accountancy offering for clients looking for a more comprehensive, fully managed solution and it will also see us established in a new key region. Sixty-four staff members from Eagle Consulting will join the Equiom team with immediate effect and the company will begin the process of rebranding to Equiom in April 2017.
