by isleofman.com 16th January 2017

Knox House Trust Limited is pleased to announce 3 new appointments to its senior management team.

Mr Anthony Page has been appointed Managing Director of Knox House Trust Limited and will lead the Isle of Man Trust and Corporate Service Provider into a new stage of development and growth. Anthony has been involved at board level with the company since it was established 6 years ago. His previous role was heading up the Private Office function and his appointment has been welcomed by not only the Knox House Trust management team but also the management of the wider Knox group of companies, which Knox House Trust is part of.

Commenting on his appointment Anthony said, “I am delighted with the appointment at a time when we have significant plans to expand the company’s profile across the globe. Being part of the Knox group of companies enables us to offer services that can be worked with solutions from other Knox companies, that when combined, offer a considerable proposition to the client and their advisers.  Working with colleagues based both on island, in the UK and further afield will open up tremendous opportunities for the company and enable us to further grow and develop the business.  This is an exciting time not only for me to be leading the next development phase of the company but also for the existing Knox House Trust team.”

Mr Patrick McCarrick has joined the company as Head of Risk and Compliance. Patrick is a Fellow and Certified Professional Member of the International Compliance Association and has in excess of 23 years’ experience in the Island’s Financial Services sector. He has held senior compliance roles in banking, investment management, fiduciary services, financial advisory and fund administration companies. In his new role Patrick is responsible for ensuring the ongoing management and administration of Knox House Trust Limited’s risk, regulatory and compliance functions.

Mr Neil Morrison has joined the company as Financial Controller.  Neil is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.  Neil trained with audit and assurance on the Isle of Man.  Since qualifying in 2004, he has worked across a range of financial services sectors, including trust and corporate services, banking and fund administration on the Island. In his new role, Neil will also provide client accounting to a portfolio of bespoke Private and Corporate clients with a focus on property holding structures.

Deputy Chairman of the Knox group of companies, Mr Tim Eve, said “We have significant plans for Knox House Trust to utilise the expertise and experience it has as the wider group companies break into new markets around the world in 2017. With such opportunities comes the need to strengthen and expand the existing team and we hope that these appointments will be followed through with a number of other key appointments in the coming months.”
