Andrew Dixon named Accountant of the Year

Moore Stephens is pleased to announce that Andrew Dixon, partner at Moore Stephens Isle of Man has won the award of “Accountant of the Year” in Citywealth Magazine’s Future Leaders Under 40 Awards 2016.

“We are all extremely proud,” commented Clive Dixon, managing partner in Moore Stephens.  “Andrew has been supported in this success by his wonderful team – it is fantastic that these efforts are recognised both on and off the Island.”

The Future Leaders Under 40 Awards recognises the excellence of young professionals within the wealth management sector in furthering their career through their ambition, leadership qualities and communication skills.

The awards are made solely on merit. Winners were nominated through an online voting system open to the public and then shortlisted by a panel of judges, chaired by Karen Jones, CEO of Citywealth.

Moore Stephens was established in the Isle of Man in 1986. The firm has won numerous awards, is ISO 9001 accredited, Investor in People accredited, a full training office with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Platinum accredited training office with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

“I am extremely grateful to all those who voted for me and to our team who, after all, made it possible - I feel very honoured,” added Andrew.

Andrew was educated in the Island at King William’s College and graduated from Lancaster University with a first class honours degree in Accounting and Finance. After training at a Big Four firm, he joined Moore Stephens in 2010.
