Greenlight Flying the Flag in Monaco

by isleofman.com 28th October 2016

Tromode based TV distributors Greenlight International are in Monaco this week, proudly promoting Manx enterprise at global sports TV market Sportel. It's the largest gathering in the sports television industry and takes place in the principality every October.

Greenlight are attending the market to present their catalogue of no less than 40 motorsport championships to potential broadcast buyers, and promote their own extensive catalogue of content, 75% of which is still produced and distributed by their dedicated team on the Isle of Man. Greenlight deliver televised sports championships and documentaries to over 100 countries worldwide across more than 60 broadcasters, producing in excess of 2000 hours programming each year, and are hoping their customary attendance at Sportel will help to boost these figures even more.

“We're proud to be flying the Manx flag and increasing the supply of Manx-produced content to TV stations and broadcasters across the globe” said Managing Director Jon Quayle. “We've made a significant investment in our new stand for this year and we're hoping it will help us to stand out even more than usual.”
