Tim Shallcross will be attending largest property show in Middle East

Tim Shallcross, Head of Business Development at Castletown based Trust, Corporate and Pension firm Optimus Fiduciaries Limited will be attending Cityscape 2016 next month in Dubai.

Cityscape Dubai is the largest property show in the region with over 47,000 attendees from around the world descending into the World Trade Centre Exhibition Centre between 6-8 September 2016.

“This is a great show and I am really pleased to not only be representing Optimus but also the Isle of Man at this prestigious exhibition” said Tim, “I have a busy trip scheduled, meeting existing clients from the region as well as new ones from the show”.

Cityscape, now in its 15th year connects leading real estate professionals to develop business opportunities with over 280 exhibiting companies during a 3 day exhibition. With Dubai being the largest, other Cityscape events throughout the year include locations such as Kuwait, Qatar, Korea and Saudi Arabia.

“The Middle East is a big growth area for us and especially following Brexit, we are seeing a lot more opportunities for Middle Eastern investors to invest into the UK“ said Mark Schofield, Director of Optimus, “The show is the perfect event for both Optimus and Tim to develop old and new relationships which will ultimately benefit both the firm and the Island”.
