MBL Financial secure sponsorship of the Isle of Man U11 cricket team

by isleofman.com 1st August 2016
Independent financial advisory firm, MBL Financial, are backing the Isle of Man under 11’s cricket team as they enter the summer season with a new sponsorship deal.

The ‘MBL 11s’ will be playing a number of on-Island games throughout July and August. They will also be competing off-Island at the prestigious Malvern Country Cricket Festival in England taking place on 4-7th August 2016.

Matty Evans, sales director at MBL Financial commented: “With our foundations firmly rooted within the Manx community we are absolutely thrilled to be able to support the team. They will be representing the Island in a number of games and competitions throughout summer and we are sure the rest of the Island will join us in wishing the team the best of luck throughout their busy summer!”

Coach of the ‘MBL 11s’, Sally Green, commented: “The boys have enjoyed a cracking start to the season and will continue to gain valuable experience throughout summer. MBL’s generous support has reduced the financial burden on parents and has contributed towards the under 11s new kit - which looks very smart.

“MBL’s core community values are ones that we would closely align the Isle of Man Cricket Association with; we aim to support and engage with as many Manx people in their passion for cricket – be it in playing or enjoying. It’s a fantastic partnership.”
